Note: NFPA 30 Section 9.5 limits flammable storage cabinets to 60 gallons each, max 3 per fire area without additional protection. Cabinets must be listed/approved per UL 1275. Storage rooms require 1-hour fire-rated construction, self-closing doors, liquid-tight sills, and mechanical ventilation. Coordinate with IFC Chapter 50 and local AHJ.

NFPA 30 Solvent Storage Requirements:
Max per Cabinet: 60 gallons (NFPA 30 Sec 9.5.3)
Cabinets Required = Total Volume / 60 (rounded up)
Storage Room: required if > 3 cabinets or > 180 gal total
Ventilation: 1 CFM/ft² for storage rooms, min 150 CFM
Max container size: 1 gal glass (Class IA), 5 gal metal (Class IB)
